Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Presskit. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

Presskit is an AI-powered tool that generates promotional content for music releases, including press releases, campaign timelines, social media captions, playlist pitches, and fan emails. The service is operated by Racket Team Records.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free and Pro Plans

• Free accounts receive one (1) release generation.
• Pro accounts receive unlimited generations for £12/month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the release information you submit and the content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish using Presskit complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share account credentials or resell access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content is generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs. We recommend reviewing all generated content before publishing. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Presskit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presskit and Racket Team Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
